Five F&B venues are operated by the famed TAO Group, located both within and adjacent to the new hotel: Beauty & Essex; TAO Asian Bistro; Avenue; Luchini Pizzeria and Bar; and the Highlight Room, a rooftop restaurant and lounge with sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and an 11,000-square-foot pool.
The hotel also offers an 1,800-square-foot Guest House suite, complete with a private screening room and 360-degree views. All guests enter the property through an impressive indoor-outdoor, double-height lobby with retractable folding glass walls. A 1,000-square-foot gym and wellness facility also is on-site, designed by celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. In addition to offering innovative group workouts, the gym also can provide a Peterson-trained personal trainer to guests upon request.
The property’s 3,000 square feet of meeting space, scheduled to open this fall, will provide a flexible, multi-use layout.
Dream will regularly partner with standout brands to offer unique experiences — beginning with the hotel’s collaboration with the Lincoln Motor Company, which provides guests access to the new Lincoln Continental Black Label, Lincoln MKZ Black Label and Lincoln Navigator, as well as welcome amenties and access to co-hosted special events.
Dream Hollywood is the fourth Dream Hotel to open in the U.S. and the sixth worldwide. The next Dream will open in Nashville in late 2018, with 169 rooms and six food-and-beverage venues. Six additional Dream Hotels are in the pipeline.
