A 4-week fitness challenge where every rep matters—build strength, push limits, and help fight children’s cancer
This year, our four-year-old daughter, Monroe Vivian Peterson, was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer, AML Leukemia.
For months, she has faced this battle with more grit, determination, and positivity than I’ve ever seen. She hasn’t backed down, she doesn’t quit, and she moves forward with a smile on her face every day.
To honor her strength, we’re launching the MVP Challenge—a 4-week fitness challenge where we’ll come together as a community, push ourselves, and raise funds to support children’s cancer treatment and research.
The MVP Challenge is more than just a fitness challenge—it’s a movement. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, this challenge has something for you.
I’ll guide you through workouts designed to challenge and transform you, no matter your fitness level.
Each week, I’ll host AMA sessions where you can ask me anything about training, nutrition, and staying on track. You ask, I answer.
Never skip. Never quit. That’s how you’ll have a chance to win prizes throughout the challenge.
You won’t be doing this alone. We’ll build strength together and support a cause bigger than ourselves.
The MVP Challenge is free to join, but during the challenge, we’ll share opportunities to support the MVP Fund for Pediatric Oncology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Since 1969, Vanderbilt has been a leader in patient care, research, and education in pediatric oncology, providing hope to families facing the toughest battles.
I’ve been at this for over 30 years, working with pro athletes, celebrities, and everyone in between. What I’ve learned? Consistency beats perfection every time.
Over the next four weeks, we’re going to push ourselves, find new limits, and see just how strong we can be—together. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about showing up, putting in the work, and getting stronger every day.
So, join me on November 11th. Let’s make the moves that count.

The MVP Challenge will be hosted on the Common Ground app. A few days before we kick off, you’ll find everything you need in one place—workouts, tips, and updates to keep you on track.
This is a 4-week challenge, starting on Monday, November 11th. Over the course of these four weeks, we’ll be working together to get stronger, support each other, and raise awareness for an incredible cause.
Your local gym should have you covered with all the equipment you’ll need. You’ll need access to dumbbells, bench, jump rope, barbell, medicine ball, treadmill, row machine, bike/ exercise bike, elliptical machine, dip station, pull up bar, and stepper.
The MVP Challenge is free to join and free to participate in. We’re raising funds for the MVP Fund for Pediatric Oncology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. If you’re able to contribute, every little bit helps in the fight against children’s cancer.
