Scott Foley always looks so fit whenever he has a shirtless scene on Scandal, and now he’s showing his fans how he gets his body in shape!

The 45-year-old actor let cameras into the gym for a workout with his personal trainer Gunnar Peterson while they prepare for the first-ever Propel Co:Labs Fitness Festival.

Scott and Gunnar will be working out with fans during the two-day event in Los Angeles, happening August 12 and 13.
